摘要
本文通过电感耦合等离子质谱仪(Inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry,ICP-MS)对老挝和缅甸两个产地大果紫檀木材中微量元素进行定量分析,比较了不同产地、不同年轮分布的木材中金属元素含量的差异。结果显示,不同元素含量的相对平均偏差存在较大差异。对比不同年轮的木材中元素含量结果,镁和锰元素在不同年份的木材中含量相对最为稳定,相对平均偏差在7%以下。分析两地木材元素的含量特征,老挝产大果紫檀中锰含量范围在(15.7±5.12)mg/kg,缅甸产大果紫檀中锰含量在(6.69±1.79)mg/kg,运用方差分析两地锰元素含量比值显著性为0.003(P<0.05),说明两地锰含量比值存在显著性差异。本文通过试验探索木材中元素的含量特点和规律趋势,为木材产地鉴别、木材树种鉴定技术的发展提供参考。
In this article,the quantitative analysis of trace elements in Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz woods were carried out by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The contents of microelement in Pterocarpus macrocarpus Kurz from Laos and Myanmar were analyzed.The differences of metal element contents in wood of different regions and different growth rings were compared.The results showed that the relative average deviations of different elements contents were quite different.By comparing the element content of wood in different growth rings,the content of magnesium and manganese in wood in different years was the most stable,with a relative average deviation of less than 7%.According to the analysis of the content characteristics of wood elements in the two places,the manganese content in Laos and Myanmar were(15.7±5.12)mg/kg and(6.69±1.79)mg/kg respectively.The analysis of ANOVA showed that the ratio of manganese content in the two places was 0.003(P<0.05),indicating that there was a significant difference in the ratio of manganese content between the two places.This article tried to explore the content characteristics and regular trends of elements in wood through experiments and provide technical reference for the identification of wood species and wood origin.
