改良QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS法测定动物源性食品中噻虫嗪和噻虫胺的残留量 被引量:3

Determination of Thiamethoxam and Clothianidin Residues in Animal Derived Food by Modified QuEChERS-LC-MS/MS

摘要 应用UPLC-MS/MS法建立动物源性食品中噻虫嗪和噻虫胺残留量的检测方法,以鸡肝、猪肉、牛奶为典型样品,针对动物源性食品高脂肪高蛋白的特点,研发改良QuEChERS前处理方法,该方法操作简便且净化效果好,所建立检测方法灵敏度高、准确性好,两种农药在鸡肝、猪肉、牛奶等动物源性食品中的测定低限可以达到0.010 mg/kg,满足当前我国GB 2763和欧盟、美国、日本等主要进出口贸易国对噻虫嗪、噻虫胺的最大残留限量要求,适用于口岸实验室对这两种农药的定性定量快速检测。 A method for determination of thiamethoxam and clothianidin residues in animal derived foods was established using UPLC-MS/MS.Considering the characteristics of high fat and high protein in animal derived foods,we developed an improved QuEChERS pretreatment method by taking chicken liver,pork and milk as typical sample matrix.This is a simple way of determination with good purification effect,high sensitivity and high accuracy.The limit of detection of the two pesticides in chicken liver,pork and milk is 0.010 mg/kg,which meets the current maximum residue limit determination for thiamethoxam and clothianidin in GB 2763 and major import and export trading partners,such as the European Union,the United States and Japan.It is suitable for the rapid qualitative and quantitative detection of both pesticides in port laboratories.
