摘要
目的:通过了解预防医学专业本科生的专业认同及影响因素,为提升专业认同和增强预防观念提供思路。方法:采用整群抽样的方法,调查滨州医学院2020级全体预防医学专业本科生专业认同情况。结果:情感性专业认同得分最高(4.04分),适切性专业认同得分最低(3.48分);t检验的结果显示,与非公费生相比,公费生的专业认同得分较高;性别和是否独生子女分别是影响公费生和非公费生专业认同的独立影响因素。结论:公费生的专业认同高于非公费生,性别和是否独生子女是专业认同的影响因素。对不同性别的学生进行指导,加强非独生子女的思想教育。
Objective:To understand the professional identity and influencing factors of undergraduate students in preventive medicine and provide insights for enhancing professional identity and promoting preventive concepts.Methods:Cluster sampling method was used to investigate the professional identity of all 2020-level undergraduate students majoring in preventive medicine at Binzhou Medical University.Results:The score of affective professional identity was the highest(4.04 points),while the score of normative professional identity was the lowest(3.48 points).The t-test results showed that public-funded students(4.11±0.56)had higher professional identity scores compared to non-public-funded students(3.61±0.60).Gender and being the only child were independent influencing factors for professional identity among public-funded and non-public-funded students,respectively.Conclusion:Public-funded students have a higher professional identity compared to non-public-funded students,and gender and being the only child are influencing factors for professional identity.Guidance should be provided to students of different genders,and the education of non-only children should be strengthened.
