Analysis and Countermeasures of the Daily Behavior of Female Students with Family Economic Difficulties in Medical Universities

医学院校家庭经济困难女生因为经济拮据,引发一系列问题:生活水平较低、营养状况欠佳、心理问题明显、学业受到一定影响、就业信心不足等。为改善上述状况,应采取以下措施:坚持经济助困、思想解困、爱心帮困、能力扶困的育人思路,公平、公正、有效地做好各项救助工作,从思想上加强修养锤炼,从经济上解除后顾之忧,心理上优化抗压品质,帮助其高质量充分就业,铺平实现人生价值的平台。

Because of the financial difficulties of the family in medical universities,girls in poverty have a series of problems:low living standards,poor nutrition,obvious psychological problems,certain impact on their studies,and lack of confidence in employment.In order to improve the above situations,the following measures should be taken:adhering to economic assistance,ideological relief,love giving,and capacity enhancement,and doing a fair and effective job in various relief work,so that girls in poverty can lift their economic worries;special attention should be paid to strengthening the ideological and political education of the girls in poverty and reducing the ideological burden on students;carrying out psychological health education for girls in poverty and improving their psychological quality;Setting up a rich platform in a targeted way to improve the overall quality of girls in poverty;strengthening the employment ability development of female students in poverty,helping them to obtain employment with high quality,and paving the way for realizing the value of life.
