口腔健康干预对加强大学新生口腔健康管理的效果评价

Effects of oral health education program on improvement of college freshmen’soral health management

目的:评价基于微信平台口腔健康干预和传统口腔健康教育对大学新生口腔健康管理的效果。方法:选取肇庆市3所大学院校新生892名作为研究对象,将其分为微信平台干预组、传统教育组和对照组,经过调查后,对第1组实施基于微信平台的干预措施,第2组则接受传统的学校口腔健康教育,第3组作为对照组,比较两种教学方法的干预效果。结果:经过不同形式的口腔健康教育,两实验组在口腔健康管理和就医情况方面大部分有改善(P<0.05),对照组无变化(P>0.05)。结论:口腔健康教育干预对大学新生的口腔健康管理和就医情况有积极的促进作用。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of wechat oral health intervention and traditional oral health education on strengthening oral health management and medical treatment of college freshmen.Methods:892 freshmen from three universities in Zhaoqing City were selected as the research objects and divided into wechat platform intervention group(301 in school a),traditional education group(300 in school b)and control group(291 in school c).After investigation,the first group was implemented with 6-month intermittent oral health intervention measures based on wechat health intervention,and the second group received traditional school oral health education,The third group was used as the control group(not treated).The changes of oral health management and medical treatment of the two teaching methods before and after the intervention were compared to evaluate the effect and satisfaction of educational intervention.Results:after different forms of oral health education,most of the oral health management and medical treatment in the two experimental groups were improved(P<0.05),but there was no change in the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the education effect and satisfaction between the experimental groups,the effect and satisfaction of health education based on wechat were more obvious(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in the satisfaction of teaching content between the experimental groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:oral health education intervention can actively promote the oral health management and medical treatment of college freshmen.
