ISO15189指导下的医学检验专业学位研究生综合能力培养实践效果评价

Evaluation of practice effect of comprehensive ability training for medical laboratory graduate students under iso15189 guidance

摘要 目的:探讨将ISO15189要素融入医学检验专业学位硕士研究生培养中的实践效果。方法:将2016~2019年于科室实践的26名临床检验诊断学专业学位硕士研究生及10名规培学员为研究对象,分为实验组和对照组。对照组采用传统培养方案,实验组融入ISO15189要素进行培养,比较两组学生考核成绩、对专业组教学效果认可率、带教老师评价等。结果:实验组专业结业考核、管理考核、带教老师评价、带教老师沟通能力认可率均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组学生初期及中期专业考核、管理考核,对带教老师教学方式、理论水平及带教态度认可率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:将ISO15189要素融入医学检验专业学位硕士研究生培养方案中,实践教学效果显著优于传统培养方案。 Objective:To explore the effect of integrating ISO15189 elements into the training of medical examination master’s degree students.Method:26 professional master’s degree students of clinical diagnostics and 10 standardized residency training students were selected as the research objects and divided into the experimental group and the control group.The control group adopted the traditional training scheme,while the experimental group adopted the ISO15189 element integrated training scheme.Compared the recognition rate of the teaching effect and the evaluation of the teaching between the two groups.Results:The results of professional completion examination,management examination,teacher evaluation and communication ability were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The integration of ISO15189 related elements into the professional medical training program was significantly better than the traditional training program.
