摘要
目的:探讨以团队为基础的教学(TBL)在住院医师规范化培训血液内科教学中的应用。方法:选取2021年3月至2021年5月在浙二医院血液内科规培轮转的规培生为研究对象,随机分成两组,分别采用传统教学法(对照组)和TBL教学法(实验组)。对学生进行理论知识、临床思维能力考核,实验组完成调查问卷,并进行统计分析。结果:实验组在理论知识、临床思维考核均优于对照组(P<0.01)。调查问卷显示,实验组对TBL教学法较满意,认为能提高团队合作能力、自我学习能力等。结论:TBL教学法能提高学生的主观能动性,提高学习成绩及临床实践能力。
Objective:To explore the application of team-based teaching(TBL)in the teaching of hematology rotation in residency standardized training.Methods:The trainees in the hematology training rotation at ZEH from March 2021 to May 2021 were randomly divided into two groups,using the traditional teaching method(control group)and TBL teaching method(experimental group),respectively.The students were assessed for theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking ability,and the experimental group completed questionnaires and conducted statistical analysis.Results:The experimental group outperformed the control group in the assessment of theoretical knowledge and clinical thinking(P<0.01).The questionnaire showed that the experimental group was more satisfied with the TBL teaching method and thought that it could improve teamwork ability and self-learning ability,etc.Conclusion:The TBL teaching method can improve students’learning enthusiasm,academic performance and clinical practice ability.
