PDCA循环法联合NRP培训在非儿科专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用

Using PDCA Circulation Method combined with NRP training in the standardized training of non-paediatric residents

目的:探讨PDCA循环法联合NRP培训在非儿科专业住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取2018年8月至2019年11月在我院新生儿科轮转的54名参加规范化培训的非儿科专业住院医师作为本次研究对象,将54名住培医师按照随机分配的方式分为对照组(n=27)和实验组(n=27)。对照组采用传统的NRP培养模式。实验组在传统培养模式的基础上采用PDCA循环法联合NRP培训的模式进行培养。住培医师按照专业不同分为全科组(n=33)、急诊组(n=5)、妇产科组(n=16)。比较分析对照组和实验组、各专业组间住培医师培训结束后的出科成绩,包括理论成绩及技能考核成绩。结果:(1)与对照组相比,实验组出科成绩、技能成绩均有明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),理论成绩两组相比无明显差异(P>0.05)。(2)各专业组间相比,出科成绩、理论成绩和技能考核成绩均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:PDCA循环法联合NRP培训可以显著提高住培医师的儿科实践能力,且该方法可以被不同专业的住培医师所掌握和应用。

Objective:To explore the effect of PDCA circulation combined with NRP training in the standardized training of non pediatric residents.Methods:54 non pediatric residents who participated in standardized training in the neonatal department of our hospital from August 2018 to November 2019 were selected as the research objects.54 residents were randomly divided into control group(27)and experimental group(27).The control group used the traditional NRP culture mode.Based on the traditional training mode,the experimental group was trained by PDCA cycle method combined with NRP training mode.Resident physicians were divided into general practice group(33),emergency group(5)and obstetrics and Gynecology group(16).Compare and analyze the graduation scores of resident training doctors between the control group,the experimental group and various professional groups,including theoretical scores and skill assessment scores.Results:1.Compared with the control group,the graduation and skill scores of the experimental group were significantly improved(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no significant difference in graduation scores,theoretical scores and skill assessment scores among professional groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:PDCA circulation method combined with NRP training can significantly improve the cultivation of pediatric practical ability in the standardized training of residents,and this method can be well mastered and applied by residents of different specialties.
