PBL结合情景教学在妇产科八年制临床实习带教中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨PBL结合情景教学方法在妇产科八年制临床实习教学中的应用效果。方法:选取在浙江大学医学院附属妇产科医院实习的临床医学八年制学生,随机分为两组。实验组30名采用PBL结合情景教学,对照组39名采用传统PBL教学。结果:实验组教学综合满意度及出科考核中临床思维成绩均显著高于对照组。结论:PBL结合情景教学在妇产科八年制临床教学中的干预效果优于传统PBL教学模式。 Objective:To explore the application effects of the PBL combined with situational teaching mode in clinical teaching of eight-year clinical practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology.Methods:79 interns of eight-year program from 2019 January to December 2019 were selected as the subjects of this study and randomly divided into two groups.30 students in the experimental group received PBL combined with situational teaching,while 39 students the control group received traditional PBL.Results:the students in the experimental group were more satisfied with PBL teaching and the scores in clinical thinking were significantly higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The intervention effect of PBL combined with situational teaching in clinical teaching of Obstetrics and Gynecology was better than that of traditional teaching mode,and was worth promoting.
