供给侧改革视域下阶梯式教学法在心内科护生临床带教中的应用效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的:从供给侧改革的角度探讨阶梯式教学法在心内科护生临床实践教学中的应用效果。方法:选取心内科临床实践护生160人,将其随机分为对照组和实验组各80人,实验组实施供给侧改革视域下阶梯式临床带教,对照组实施常规带教。完成为期4周的实习后,进行客观和主观考核评价。结果:对两组护生考试成绩及临床实习教学满意度进行比较分析,实验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:供给侧改革视域下阶梯式教学法可以较好的提高心内科临床护生临床实践效果,值得应用。 Objective:To explore the application effect of phased approach in clinical practice teaching of nursing students in Nursing Teaching of department of cardiology the perspective of supply side reform.Methods:160 clinical nursing students in cardiology department were randomly divided into control group and experimental group with 80 students in each group.After the 4-week internship,objective and subjective assessment was conducted.Results:The test results and clinical practice teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared and analyzed,and the difference between the experimental group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Phased approach from the perspective of supply side reform can better improve the clinical practice effect of clinical nursing students in cardiology department,which is worthy of application and promotion.
