医学研究生创造力、内部动机与变革型导师风格的关系

摘要 目的:探究医学研究生创造力、内部动机与变革型导师风格的关系。方法:使用创造力量表、变革型指导风格量表和内部动机量表对445名医学研究生进行问卷调查。结果:(1)变革型导师风格、医学研究生的内部动机与创造力呈显著正相关;(2)个性化关怀和愿景激励显著正向预测研究生的创造力;(3)内部动机在变革型导师风格与创造力之间起到部分中介作用。结论:医学研究生的创造力、内部动机与变革型导师风格关系密切。 Objective:To explore the relationship between medical graduate students’creativity,intrinsic motivation and the tutors’transformational leadership.Methods:A questionnaire survey was conducted among 445 medical graduate students using the Graduates’Creativity Scale,the Transformational Leadership Scale and Intrinsic Motivation Scale.Results:(1)The tutors’transformational leadership,intrinsic motivation of medical graduate students is significantly positively correlated with the creativity of medical graduate students;(2)The dimension of individual consideration and inspiration motivation significantly positively predict graduate students’creativity;(3)The intrinsic motivation plays a mediating role between the transformational leadership and the creativity of medical graduate students.Conclusion:The creativity of medical graduate students is closely related to their intrinsic motivation and tutors’transformational leadership.
