摘要
探讨翻转课堂在"5+3"临床医学生诊断学穿刺操作培训中的教学效果。实验组接受翻转课堂教学,对照组接受传统教学。实验组学生穿刺成绩显著高于对照组。在理论成绩低的学生中,翻转教学法较传统教学法的穿刺成绩高,而在理论成绩高的学生中,两组比较无明显统计学差异。翻转课堂教学方法有助于提高穿刺操作课程的教学效果。
This study aims at evaluating the effect of the flipped classroom on"5+3"medicine students’clinical puncture skills training.One hundred and seventy nine"5+3"medicine students were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group adopted the flipped classroom,and the control group received the traditional teaching mode.The mean score of clinical puncture skills examination in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.Among students with low medical diagnostics theory scores,mean test performance of the students in the flipped classroom was higher than that in the traditional classroom.However,no significant difference was identified among students with high medical diagnostics theory scores.The flipped classroom improved"5+3"medical students’performance on clinical puncture skills training.
