微课教学在骨科护生临床带教中的效果评价

The effects of using micro-lectures when precepting nursing students in the department of orthopedics

摘要 目的:探讨微课教学在骨科护生临床带教中的效果。方法:两组护生分别采用传统带教方法﹑基于微课互动式教学与传统教学相结合的方法,带教结束后,对两种教学方法进行效果评价。结果:护生对微课教学具有良好的评价,两组护生的成绩比较具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:微课是一种以课堂教学微视频作为核心,在传统教学基础上发展起来的一种新型教学方法。将微课运用于骨科护理临床带教中,有利于学生对护理知识的掌握及骨科临床护理教学质量的提高。 Objective:To explore the effect of micro-lecture in Clinical Nursing Teaching of orthopedics.Methods:Two groups of nursing students respectively adopted the traditional teaching mode or the mode combining micro-lecture with traditional teaching and the effects of the two teaching methods were evaluated.Results:The nursing students had a better evaluation on micro-lecture teaching.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:As a new teaching mode,micro-lecture is based on traditional teaching with micro-video of classroom teaching at the core.The application of micro-lecture in clinical nursing teaching of orthopedics can improve students’mastery of nursing knowledge and the quality of orthopedics in Clinical Nursing Teaching.
