近年来跨专业教育(IPE)越来越得到医学界的广泛接受与认同。改善患者安全是全球医疗系统的一个主要目标,IPE旨在促进来自不同学科的卫生保健专业人员之间的合作,提供更安全、有效的患者照护。IPE的应用开展对于促进医疗团队合作、提升专业知识技能、提升医护及医患沟通能力等方面具有重要作用。文章阐述了IPE的发展背景、IPE在住院医师规范化培训中应用的必要性,住院医师规范化培训中IPE应用探索和阻力等。为推动IPE在我国住院医师规范化培训中的应用提供线索和依据。

In recent years,Interprofessional education(IPE)has been widely accepted by the medical community.Improving patient safety is a major goal of the global healthcare system,and IPE aims to promote collaboration among health care professionals from different disciplines to provide safer,and more effective patient care.The application of IPE plays an important role in promoting medical team cooperation,enhancing professional knowledge and skills,and improving medical care and doctor-patient communication capabilities.Here,we described the development background of IPE,the necessity of IPE in the standardized training of residents,the application exploration and resistance of IPE in the standardized training of residents.It provides clues and basis for promoting the application of IPE in standardized training of residents in China.
