摘要
分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情下国内护理的应对现状,通过对护理人才培养"变与不变"的若干思考,探索高等护理教育实践,使高校能按时代需求输出综合能力更强的护士从事健康服务,保障公共卫生安全。
This article analyzes the current situation of nursing in China amid COVID-19 pandemic,and explores the practice of higher nursing education through some reflections on the"change or not change"of nursing talent cultivation,so that colleges and universities can export nurses with stronger comprehensive abilities to engage in health services according to the needs of the times and safeguard public health safety.
