摘要
文章采用大学生学习适应量表,对山东省600名定向医学生进行问卷调查。学习适应总体上女生优于男生;学习适应的五个维度中,学习态度得分最高,临床专业学生的学习态度好于中医专业;在学习动机上,中医专业学生好于临床专业;独生子女的定向医学生学习动机较强。学习环境对学习适应状况总分影响最大。学校应改善学习环境,从性别、专业差异出发,提高定向医学生的学习适应水平。
In this paper,600directional medical students in Shandong Province were investigated with the college students’learning adaptation scale.In general,female students are better than male students in learning adaptation;in the five dimensions of learning adaptation,the score of learning attitude is the highest,the learning attitude of clinical students is better than that of traditional Chinese medicine;in learning motivation,the students of traditional Chinese medicine are better than that of clinical students;the only child’s directional medical students have stronger learning motivation.Learning environment has the greatest influence on the total score of learning adaptation.The school should improve the learning environment,from the gender,professional differences,to improve the learning adaptation level of directional medical students.
