摘要
目的:比较专业认证视域下毕业实习管理体系对教学质量的影响。方法:随机抽取天津市三级甲等医院270名本科护生,进行问卷调查。结果:实验组和对照组的护生实习满意度、临床带教老师教学能力和注册护士核心能力总分均处于中等偏上水平,但组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:专业认证视域下教学医院的教学质量有待进一步提高,相关教学医院应落实教学目标制度、组织和运行方式和反馈制度等,切实提高护理临床教学质量。
Objective:Compare the effectiveness of graduate internship management system on teaching quality based on professional certification.Methods:We recruited 270 nursing students randomly in the third grade hospital in Tianjin,and data was collected using scale.Results:The total scores of nursing student internship satisfaction,clinical teacher’s teaching ability and registered nurse core competency in the experimental group and control group were all in the above medium level,but the differences between the two groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The teaching quality of teaching hospitals needs to be further improved.The teaching hospitals should implement the teaching target system,organization and operation mode and feedback system to improve the clinical nursingteaching quality.
