附属医院教研教改研究现状及研究成果转化为教学资源的影响因素及对策

The present situation of teaching research and teaching reform and the influence factors and measures of transforming research results into teaching resources in affiliated hospitals

摘要 采用自行设计的问卷,对昆明医科大学第二附属医院近5年获资助的教研教改课题负责人进行问卷调查,在了解教研教改研究现状的基础上,重点剖析制约教研教改研究成果转化为教学资源的因素并提出相应的对策。 By adopting a self-designed questionnaire, a questionnaire survey is carried out among the project managers of teaching research and teaching reform projects sponsored in recent five years in the Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University. On the basis of understanding the status quo of teaching research and teaching reform, an analysis is carried out on factors that constrain transforming research achievements of the projects into teaching resources, before corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
