Effects of using clinical cases plus pathological pictures for pathological lab course assessment

目的:探讨临床病例结合病理图片考试方法在病理学实验考核中的应用价值。方法:实验组采用临床病例结合病理图片的考试方式,对照组采用镜下观察切片的考试方式。结果:实验组成绩能较客观地反映学生独立思考和综合运用知识的能力。结论:引入临床病例的考试方式能避免片面考核记忆性内容,更注重知识的实际应用。

Objective:To explore the application effect of clinical cases in pathology practical examination.Methods:Microscopic observation of slides was used in the control group examination and clinical cases combined with pathological pictures in the experimental group examination.Results:Compared with the control group,the test results of the experimental group can objectively reflect the ability of students to use knowledge and think independently.Conclusion:Introduction of clinical cases in pathological examination is advantageous to avoid partial examination of memory content and pay more attention to the practical application of knowledge.
