High-quality grass-roots health technical personnel is the key element of medical reform which focusing on primary health care institutions.Undergraduate students of clinical medicine are the main body of high-quality health technical personnel,whose employment intention in grass-roots medical institutions affects the development potential of grass-roots medical institutions.The purpose of this study is to analyze the employment intention of clinical medicine undergraduates in primary health care institutions,to analyze the reasons and explore effective ways to improve their employment intention.
