摘要
目的:调查分析实习前护生临床能力及影响因素。方法:随机抽取某医学院实习前本科护生252人,采用临床能力评价量表进行调查。结果:实习前护生临床能力得分(3.59±0.57)分;不同生源地、高考志愿、学生身份、起点学历的护生临床能力存在统计学差异;起点学历是临床能力的主要影响因素,解释变异量的5.5%。结论:实习前护生临床能力处于中等水平,在护理教育教学中,应针对护生特点因人施教。
Objective: To explore the clinical competence and it’s influencing factors among nursing students before practice. Methods: 252 students were selected and surveyed with clinical competence assessment scale. Results: The average total score of the clinical competence was(3.59±0.57). Some clinical competences varied with different birthplace, voluntary college entrance examination, student government and education. The main influencing factor was education, which accounted for 5.5% of the total variation. Conclusions: The clinical competence remains on the medium level. So nursing teachers should train different students with different educational modes.
