摘要
目的:"三全育人"视角下,了解家庭经济困难医学生的心理健康现状,为其帮扶方法提供建设性依据。方法:对837名医学生进行了问卷调查,从自我效能、自卑感评价和SCL-90症状和应对方式四方面调查分析他们的心理健康水平状况。结果:家庭经济困难生与非困难生在自我效能、自卑感评价和应对方式上都具有统计学意义(P<0.05),四者存在相关性。结论:自我效能低的家庭经济困难医学生遇到问题容易产生消极的应对方式,"三全育人"视角下资助模式应转向发展型资助,助力家庭经济困难医学生的心理健康发展。
Objective:From the perspective of all members,whole process,all aspects education,the author compares the mental health status of students with family financial difficulties and non-students with financial difficulties to understand the mental health status of students with family financial difficulties,and provides constructive basis for their methods of helping.Methods:A questionnaire survey of 837 medical students from a medical University in Wenzhou was conducted to analyze their mental health status from four aspects:self-efficacy,inferiority evaluationand coping methods.Results:Family economic difficulties and non-difficulties are statistically significant in self-efficacy,inferiority evaluation,SCL-90 symptoms,and coping styles(P<0.05),there is a correlation between the four.Conclusion:From the perspective of all members,whole process,all aspects education,the funding model should be changed from subsidized to developmental funding.Promote the mental health development of families with financial difficulties.
