摘要
目的:比较不同层次本科护生(统招本、对口本、专升本)实习后注册护士核心能力。方法:采用中国注册护士核心能力问卷(Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses,CIRN)对山东省361名本科护生进行调查。结果:专升本护生CIRN总均分及各维度得分均高于统招本、对口本护生(P<0.05);统招本护生伦理及法律实践维度得分高于对口本护生(P<0.05)。结论:实习阶段应针对不同层次护生制定有针对性的带教方案提高其CIRN,使其更好地适应临床护理工作。
Objective:To compare the core competencies of undergraduate nursing students at different levels(unified recruiting undergraduate,four years higher vocational education,and the students from junior college to university).Methods:A total of 361 undergraduate nursing students in Shandong Province were surveyed by using the Competency Inventory for Registered Nurses(CIRN).Results:The CIRN total and every dimensions score of the students from junior college to university were higher than those of unified recruiting undergraduate and four years higher vocational education(P<0.05).The ethical and legal practice dimension of the scores were higher than four years higher vocational education(P<0.05).Conclusion:In order to comprehensively cultivate the core competence of registered nurses,a targeted teaching plan should be formulated for different levels of nursing students in the internship stage.
