摘要
我国住院医师规范化培训制度的不断开展与深入对培训的质量提出了更高的要求。基于岗位胜任能力为导向的迷你临床演练评估(Mini-CEX)和临床操作直接评估观察(DOPS)在规培考核及教学中的优势明显,但仍有不足。文章总结了Mini-CEX和DOPS的应用范围及优势,并介绍了在实践中克服其不足,发挥其在教学与考核中的优势。
With the development of standardized training system for residents in China,higher requirements on the quality of training has been made.Based on job competence,Mini-CEX and DOPS,have obvious advantages in assessment and teaching works.But there aresome disadvantages.This article summarizes the application scope and advantages of Mini-CEX and DOPS,and introduces some attempts to overcome their shortcomings in teaching and assessment.
