摘要 目的:探讨PDCA结合CBL教学模式在口腔正畸住院医师规范化培训中的应用效果。方法:选取中国医科大学口腔医学院正畸科住院医师40人。分为两组,每组20人,分别接受传统教学模式(对照组)、PDCA结合CBL教学模式(实验组)。采取理论、临床操作考核和调查问卷评价教学效果。结果:实验组考核成绩均明显优于对照组。结论:应用PDCA结合CBL教学模式能够显著提高住院医师规范化培训教学效果,值得进一步推广。 Objective:Toinvestigate the application effect of PDCA combined with CBL teaching model in standardized training of orthodontic residents.Methods:A total of 40 orthodontic residents from the department of stomatology,China medical university,were randomly divided into 2 groups with 20 residents in each group,traditional teaching mode(control group),PDCA combined with CBL teaching mode(experimental group)were respectively adopted in each group.Theoretical assessment,clinical skill assessment and subjective questionnaire were used to evaluate the teaching effect.Results:Scores of residents in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group.Conclusion:The application of PDCA combined with CBL teaching model can significantly improve the teaching effect of standardized training for residents,which is worthy of further promotion.
