通过分析"双轨合一"模式下临床专业研究生特征,结合我院实际论述了在临床实践中进行科研能力培养的方式方法,提出了采用戴明循环高效管理住培基地的科研能力培养,进一步明确加强住培学员科研能力培养的重要意义。

To analysis the characteristics of medical postgraduates under the mode of"Double Tracks in One",we come up with the idea of using PDCA circle to supervisethe scientificresearchcombining with the situation of medical postgraduates in our hospital.And it is very important to realize the significance of cultivating the scientificresearchcapacity of residents under this mode.
