摘要
目的:研究三维数字影像重建在胸外科实习教学中的应用效果。方法:84名临床医学专业学生被随机分为对照组和实验组,分别接受基于普通影像学和三维数字影像重建的实习教学。实习结束后对两组学生的临床综合能力进行测评,并调查学生对两种教学模式的满意度。结果:与对照组相比,实验组学生的临床综合能力更强,学生对新教学模式的满意度也更高。结论:基于三维数字影像重建的实习教学在胸外科实习教学中切实可行,具有良好的效果。
Objective:To study the application effects of three-dimensional digital image reconstruction(3 D-DIR)in the practice teaching of thoracic surgery.Methods:84 clinical medical students were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.They received practical teaching based on general imaging and 3 D-DIR respectively.After the internship,the clinical comprehensive abilities of the two groups of students were assessed,and the students’satisfaction with the two teaching models was investigated by questionnaire.Results:Compared with the control group,the students in the experimental group had stronger clinical comprehensive abilities and higher satisfaction with the new teaching model.Conclusion:The practice teaching based on 3 D-DIR is feasible and effective in the practice teaching of thoracic surgery.
