摘要
目的:探讨全程医学综合考试在临床医学专业的应用及其意义。方法:临床医学本科五年制一至五年级全体学生,每年同巻同时考试。结果:随着年级增高,学生考试成绩提高,但是有毕业班学生成绩低于四年级学生的现象;试卷难度偏大,信度偏低;考核形式普遍受到学生欢迎,尤其是毕业生学生认为对考研有促进作用。结论:可以在临床医学专业继续开展全程医学综合考试,并适当扩展至其他专业。
Objective:To explore the application and significance of the whole medical examination in clinical medicine.Methods:all the students from grade one to grade five in the five-year program of clinical medicine took the same examination every year.Results:with the increase of grade,students’test scores improved,but some students in the graduating class were lower than those in the fourth grade;the test paper was more difficult and less reliable;the examination form was generally welcomed by students,especially the graduates thought it had a promoting effect on the postgraduate entrance examination.Conclusion:we can continue to carry out the whole course of comprehensive medical examination in clinical medicine major,and expand it to other major appropriately.
