医教协同促进地方医学院校临床教学质量提升的实践探索——以桂林医学院为例

针对地方医学院校临床教学中存在的问题,深化医教协同改革,通过创新管理体制机制,实现学校医院深度结合协同育人;构建"四位一体"医教协同育人平台;加强临床师资培养;加强临床教学资源建设,完善临床教学质量保障体系;协同育人促进医学生临床能力和综合素质的培养等措施,提升临床教学质量。

In view of the problems existing in clinical teaching in local medical colleges and universities,we should deepen the reform of medical education coordination,realize the in-depth combination of schools and hospitals,build a"four in one"platform of medical education coordination,strengthen the training of clinical teachers,strengthen the construction of clinical teaching resources,improve the quality assurance system of clinical teaching,and promote the clinical ability of medical students through the innovation of management system and mechanism To improve the quality of clinical teaching,we should take measures such as the cultivation of strength and comprehensive quality.
