胜任力为导向的住院医师分层递进式培训模式研究 被引量:40

摘要 我国住院医师规范化培训区域、专业发展不平衡,创建符合医学人才成长规律的培训模式迫在眉睫。本研究在总结国际住院医师规范化培训模式特点的基础上,结合"中国住院医师精英教学医院联盟"各家医院的探索与实践,提出以住院医师胜任力为导向的住院医师分层递进式培训模式,以期为全国各家住培基地提供参考与借鉴。
