摘要
目的:为了改善教学效果,在医学免疫学课程中探讨基于雨课堂的案例讨论式教学模式。方法:选取临床专业2个班学生作为研究对象,即实验班采用基于雨课堂以学生为中心的案例讨论式教学模式,对照班采用以教师讲授为主的传统教学模式。完成教学后进行测试,比较测试成绩,并对实验班进行调查问卷。结果:实验班测试平均成绩明显高于对照班,且成绩比对照班更优秀。问卷调查结果显示80%以上学生对这种教学模式非常满意。结论:基于雨课堂的案例讨论式教学模式能够明显提升免疫学课程的教学效果,有效激发学生的学习热情。
Object:In order to improve the teaching effect,the case discussion teaching mode based on rain class is discussed in the course of medical immunology.Methods:two classes of clinical students were selected as the research object,that is,the experimental class adopted the student-centered case discussion teaching mode based on the rain class,and the control class adopted the traditional teaching mode based on the teacher’s teaching.After the completion of the teaching,the test results were compared,and the questionnaire was carried out for the experimental class.Results:the average score of the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class,and the score was better than that of the control class.The result of questionnaire shows that more than 80%of the students are very satisfied with this teaching mode.Conclusion:the case discussion teaching mode based on rain class can obviously improve the teaching effect of immunology course and effectively stimulate students’enthusiasm for learning.
