Application of clinical skills competition and its implications

文章通过分析某医学院校2017-2018年校大学生临床技能竞赛试题的信度、难度和区分度及竞赛成绩,探讨临床实践教学过程中可能存在的问题,认为应完善临床实践教学管理体制,加强实践基地临床技能中心建设,同时通过更加丰富的教学方式培养学生多角度、多方位分析病情的能力,来加强临床医学生的临床思维、专业素养和临床实践能力的培养。

This paper analyzes the reliability,difficulty,differentiation and competition results of 2017-2018 college students’clinical skill competition questions in a medical college,discusses the possible problems in the process of clinical practice teaching,and believes that the management system of clinical practice teaching should be improved,the construction of clinical skill center in practice base should be strengthened,and the students should be cultivated from multiple perspectives and multiple ways through more abundant teaching methods To strengthen the training of clinical thinking,professional quality and clinical practice ability of clinical medical students.
