助产学专业本科课程设置现状分析

Analysis on the current situation of the undergraduate courses of midwifery

目的:分析国内25所高校助产学专业人才培养方案中课程设置现状,为优化助产学专业本科课程设置提供依据。方法:比较分析人才培养方案中的主干学科和核心课程。结果:25所院校中有17所对主干学科进行阐述,主干课程有基础医学、护理学、人文社会学、助产学等;核心课程共85门,依次是健康评估、助产学、基础护理学、妇幼保健学、急危重症护理学等。结论:国内院校本科助产学人才培养方案中主干学科和核心课程差异较大,为助产学专业人才培养的规范性,有关部门应及时召集助产领域相关专家讨论、制定助产学专业本科教育标准。

objective:to analyze the current situation of curriculum setting in midwifery specialty training programs of 25 universities in China,and to provide a basis for optimizing undergraduate curriculum setting of midwifery specialty.Methods:the main subjects and core courses in the talent training program were compared and analyzed.Results:17 of the 25 colleges and universities elaborated the main subjects,including basic medicine,nursing,humanities sociology,midwifery,etc.There are 85 core courses,including health assessment,midwifery,basic nursing,maternal and child health care,and critical care.Conclusion:there are great differences between the main subjects and core courses in the training programs of midwifery talents in domestic universities.In order to standardize the training of midwifery talents,relevant departments should timely convene related experts in the field of midwifery to discuss and formulate the undergraduate education standards for midwifery majors.
