基于问题导向的弹性制早期临床实践平台构建与实践——以医学检验技术专业为例

Building a flexible problem based early clinical practice platform:a case study of medical laboratory technology

建立校内服务平台和兼职导师制临床跟岗实践平台,开展弹性制早期临床实践。该实践活动既不影响正常教学,又能弥补校内实训在"生物安全教育、实验室信息化管理、实验室质量控制、检测仪器使用与维护、检验报告综合分析、形态学辨认"六个方面不足,增加了"全真体验";使课内训练的各种单项技能得到综合性地运用,培养了临床思维,提高综合分析能力,强化了服务意识、责任意识和质量意识,有力地促进了职业素养的养成。开展弹性制早期临床实践是提高职业能力和职业素养的有效途径。

A school service platform and a part-time tutor system for clinical teaching practice were established to carry out flexible early clinical practice.It does not affect normal teaching,but also compensates six deficiencies of school practical training,namely."biosafety education,laboratory information management,laboratory quality control,use and maintenance of testing instruments,comprehensive analysis of test reports,and morphological identification".Eventually,it adds to real learning experience and those individual skills learned in the class can get be comprehensively applied.Besides,it helps to cultivate the clinical thinking ability,improve comprehensive analysis ability,strengthen service awareness,responsibility awareness and quality awareness,which promote professional quality powerfully.Conducting flexible early clinical practice is an effective way to improve professional ability and quality.
