摘要 为了加强鹅副产物的开发利用以及提高其产品附加值,并减少未处理副产品对环境的压力,以麻阳鹅骨为原材料,优化了硫酸软骨素(CS)的碱提取工艺。从碱提浓度、料液比、超声时间和超声温度4个不同因素进行单因素和正交实验,采用间苯三酚分光光度法测定提取液中硫酸软骨素的浓度,从而获得最佳碱提条件。试验结果表明,当碱液浓度5%,碱提时间4 h,料液比1:6,碱提温度30℃,在此条件下硫酸软骨素的提取率可达到17.66%。本研究建立的超声波辅助碱提法提取鹅骨中硫酸软骨素工艺流程,较国内现有生产方法提高了产率,且减少碱液使用量,从而可以降低生产成本,减轻环境污染。 To strengthen the development and utilization of goose by-products,improve their added value,and reduce the pressure of untreated by-products on the environment,this study took the bones of Mayang goose as the raw material,and optimized the alkali extraction process of chondroitin sulfate(CS).Single-factor and orthogonal experiments were carried out from four different factors,namely,alkali extraction concentration,solid-liquid ratio,ultrasonic time and ultrasonic temperature.Phloroglucinol spectrophotometric method was used to determine the concentration of CS in the extraction solution,so as to obtain the optimal condition for alkali extraction.The results showed that the extraction rate of chondroitin sulfate reached the maximum of17.66%when the alkali concentration was 5%,the alkali extraction time was 4 h,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:6,and the alkali extraction temperature was 30℃.The ultrasonic assisted alkali extraction process for extracting CS from goose bone established in this study can improve the production rate and reduce the usage of alkali compared with the existing domestic production methods,so as to reduce the production costs and environmental pollution.
