中国五大湖区农业信息化评价体系研究——以洞庭湖生态经济区为例 被引量:1

摘要 农业信息化发展是中国五大湖区农业可持续发展的关键。以洞庭湖生态经济区为例,基于科学性原则、系统性原则、可比性原则和可操作性原则,制定洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化评价指标结构及权重,对2011—2016年洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化发展水平进行评价,研究发现:2011—2016年洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化水平呈现上升趋势,洞庭湖生态经济区农业信息化水平一级指标增长率存在显著差异,农业信息技术应用不充分。提出了洞庭湖生态经济区加强农业信息化技术应用,加大农业信息化投资力度,完善支撑投资和技术应用的制度安排的建议,希望可以为大湖地区农业可持续发展研究提供借鉴。 Agricultural informatization in the great lakes region of China is the key for it to achieve sustainable development.It integrates information resources,promote the integration of information technology,unblock information channel and promote agricultural information service to extend to grass-roots level in the Dongting lake eco-economic zone.Based on the principles of scientificity,systematicness,comparability and operability,the issue design evaluation index structure and weight of the agricultural informatization on the Dongting Lake Eco-economic Zone and evaluate the development of agricultural informatization from 2011 to 2016.New research shows that it present inverted U-shaped development trend,there are significant differences in the growth rate of the first-level indicators and there is inadequate application of agricultural information technology.The issue suggest that it should strengthen the application of agricultural information technology,increase investment in agricultural informatization and improve the relevant institutional arrangements.By analysis,the issue hope to provide the reference effect for the study on the sustainable development of agriculture in the Great Lakes Region of China.
