聚甲醛纤维及其纱线性能测试与分析 被引量:1

摘要 对聚甲醛纤维的结构形貌、力学性能、吸湿性能、摩擦性能、抗菌性能及甲醛含量进行测试分析。同时根据聚甲醛纤维基本性能,采用黏胶纤维与其进行混纺,制备5种不同混纺比例的混纺纱,并对混纺纱的力学性能、毛羽和条干均匀度进行测试分析。结果表明:聚甲醛纤维平直无卷曲、表面光滑、纤维粗细较均匀,其力学性能、摩擦性能、吸湿性能与涤纶纤维相似,表面油剂含量较高,可通过预处理和与其他纤维混纺改善其可纺性,同时聚甲醛纤维具有抗菌性且甲醛含量在国家标准范围内;聚甲醛纤维与黏胶纤维混纺纱具有较好的力学性能与条干均匀度,可作为针织用纱。 The morphology,mechanical properties,moisture absorption,frictional properties,antibacterial properties and formaldehyde content of polyoxymethylene fiber are tested and analyzed.At the same time,according to the basic properties of polyoxymethylene fiber,viscose fiber is blended with it to prepare five kinds of blended yarns,and the mechanical properties,hairiness and evenness of the blended yarns are tested and analyzed.The results show that the surface of polyoxymethylene fiber is smooth with no crimps,and its mechanical properties,frictional properties and moisture absorption properties are similar to those of polyester fiber.The spinnability of polyoxymethylene fiber can be improved by pretreatment and blending with other fibers.At the same time,polyoxymethylene fiber has antibacterial properties and formaldehyde content is within the national standard.Polyoxymethylene fiber and viscose fiber blended yarn has good mechanical properties and evenness,which can be used as knitting yarn.
