摘要
以65~80岁老年女性为研究对象,采用胸腰差的体型划分方法,获取C体型中间体部位尺寸作为依据,剖析基于老年女性人体的背心结构受力与朗格线人体形态重力关系。选取9种市场上常见的氨纶含量在5%~30%的功能性锦氨面料,进行伸长率、回复率、透气性、吸湿性、抗起毛起球性5项性能指标综合评价,选取4款功能性锦氨面料进行功能结构分区设计。并运用柔性传感技术Polar心率带,开发一款以功能结构为特色的老年女性心率监测背心,为老年女性智能心率监测背心的设计研发提供参考。
Based on the body part sizes of the middle type of C body type which is categorized according to the size difference between chest and waist,this paper selects elderly women aged from 65 to 80 for the research to analyze the relationship between the structural force of vests designed for elderly women and the human body of Langer’s lines with the effect of gravity.Nine common functional brocade ammonia fabrics with 5%to 30%spandex content were selected for a comprehensive evaluation of five performance indicators,namely elongation,recovery rate,breathability,moisture absorption and pilling resistance.It comprehensively evaluateds 4 types of functional nylon fabrics for partition designs of the functional structure.Together with a flexible sensing technology integrated Polar heart rate monitor belt,a heart rate monitor vest featured by its functional structure has been designed and developed for elderly women.
