摘要
为研发新型纺织面料真丝针织起绒复合织物,以绢丝、氨纶、棉三组分产品为例,对织物原料选用、组织结构设计、规格设计、织造工艺、车间温湿度控制、编织张力控制、织造生产注意事项等产品设计和织造生产要点进行研究与实践。结果表明,生产的真丝针织起绒复合织物具有优良的保暖性、舒适透湿性、抗起毛起球性,并具有优良的抑菌性和抗静电性等功能,适用于秋冬季高档家居服、保暖内衣、时尚服饰、婴幼儿服装及床品等系列产品,具有广阔的市场应用前景。
In order to develop a new type of silk knitted raised composite fabric,research and practice are conducted on the key points of product design and knitting production,such as selection of raw materials,structure design,specification design and knitting technology,workshop temperature and humidity control,knitting tension control,and precautions for knitting production,etc.The results show that the produced silk knitted raised composite fabric has excellent warmth retention,comfortable moisture permeability,pilling resistance,antibacterial performance,antistatic property,etc.,and thus has a broad market application prospect.
