摘要
基于腈纶、胶原蛋白、莫代尔这3种纤维的性能特点,采用12.00 tex(50^(S))腈纶、黏胶(胶原蛋白纤维)、莫代尔(40∶35∶25)紧密赛络纺纱线在28针/25.4 mm针织双面大圆机上,开发一款具有抗菌功能且舒适亲肤的起绒针织内衣面料。详细介绍面料的编织工艺、染整工艺以及技术要点,并测试面料的理化性能、胶原蛋白含量、抗菌功能性、弹性回复性。结果表明,所开发的针织面料具有优良的弹性回复性、抗菌性,并含有丰富的胶原蛋白,因此手感滑糯亲肤、穿着舒服,可广泛用于冬季贴身内衣面料。
Based on the properties of acrylic,collagen fiber and modal fibers,a kind of raised velour knitted inner garment fabric with antibacterial function and comfort-to-skin property is developed by using 12.00 tex(50^(S))acrylic fiber/viscose(collagen fiber)/Modal(40∶35∶25)compact Siro yarn on 28 G double-sided circular knitting machine.This paper introduces the knitting process,dyeing and finishing process and technical points of the fabric in detail,and tests the physical and chemical properties,collagen content,antibacterial function and elastic recovery of the fabric.The results show that the developed knitted fabric has excellent elastic recovery and antibacterial properties.The test shows that it is rich in collagen,so it feels smooth and sticky,skin friendly and comfortable to wear,which can be widely used in winter intimate underwear fabric.
