槐米和槐花提取物染色性能研究

Dyeing Properties of Sophora Japonica and Sophora Flower Extract

从槐米和槐花中提取出含有不同比例芦丁和槲皮素的天然染料,将所提染料用于阳离子改性棉针织物前媒染,探讨媒染剂浓度和染色温度对染色效果的影响,测试前媒法染色织物的颜色特征、耐皂洗色牢度和耐干湿摩擦色牢度。结果表明:不同比例的芦丁和槲皮素染料前媒法染色织物的色相为黄色,其中Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)媒染织物的颜色偏深偏暗。前媒法染色中,媒染剂浓度和染色温度对Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)媒染织物K/S值影响较大,对KAl(SO_(4))_(2)和CuSO_(4)媒染织物K/S值影响较小。芦丁和槲皮素的混合染料比高比例芦丁和槲皮素染料染色织物的色牢度要更好。

This article studies the dyeing properties of Sophora japonica and Sophora flower extract.Natural dyes containing different proportions of rutin and quercetin are extracted from Sophora japonica and Sophora flower.The dyes are used in the mordant dyeing of the knitted fabrics from modified yarn.The impact of mordant concentration and dyeing temperature on the dyeing effect is analyzed.The color characteristics,soaping fastness and wet and dry rubbing fastness of the fabrics dyed with pre-mordant are tested.The results show that the hue of pre-mordant dyed fabrics with different ratios of rutin and quercetin dyes is yellow,and the color of Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)mordant fabrics is darker.In pre-mordant dyeing,the concentration of mordant and dyeing temperature has a greater impact on the K/S value of Fe_(2)(SO_(4))_(3)mordant fabrics,and less impact on the K/S value of KAl(SO_(4))_(2)and CuSO_(4)mordant fabrics.Lastly,the mixed dye of rutin and quercetin had better color fastness than the dye of high proportion of rutin and high proportion of rutin and quercetin.
