摘要
研究聚酰亚胺面料的免水洗染色工艺,探讨纳米液体分散染料用量、免洗增稠剂用量、冰醋酸用量对染色效果的影响。结果表明:纳米液体分散染料用量为3.5%、免洗增稠剂用量为2.0%、冰醋酸用量为1.5%时,染色效果最佳。通过正交试验,优化的轧染工艺为焙烘时间60 s,焙烘温度200℃,轧余率40%,可以获得较好的染色质量。
The washing-free dyeing process of polyimide fabric was studied experimentally.The influence of the amount of nanometer disperse dye liquid color paste,the amount of wash-free thickener,and the amount of glacial acetic acid is discussed.The results showed that the dyeing effect was best when the dosage of nanometer disperse dye liquid pigment was 3.5%,the wash-free thickener was 2.0%,and the glacial acetic acid was 1.5%.Through orthogonal test,the padding process was optimized when a baking time of 60 s,a baking temperature of 200℃and a roll pressure of 40%,so that a better dyeing quality could be obtained.
