摘要
柔性传感器具有稳定性优异、响应迅速、灵敏度高等特点,在智能可穿戴设备上具有广阔的开发前景。为满足可穿戴器件的要求,制备金纳米线,并用金纳米线溶液浸渍处理棉针织物,获得具有较好性能的传感元件。利用铜离子处理后的纱线人工绣制叉指电极,与金纳米线棉针织物复合材料组装成压阻式柔性传感器件,并将其置于人体的不同部位如手指、颈椎等部位,进行人体关节弯曲运动的传感性能测试。结果表明,所制备的压阻式柔性传感器实现了对人体关节运动过程中不同状态的实时跟踪与监测,取得了良好效果,为可穿戴柔性传感器的设计与应用提供了可行性方案。
Flexible devices have drawn much attention for sensing application due to their excellent stability,fast responsiveness and high sensitivity.A piezo-resistive device based on a composite of gold nanowires(AuNWs)and textile is prepared through impregnating knitted cotton fabric into AuNWs solution.The loading-unloading pressure testing cycles was applied to study the piezo-resistive performance of the AuNWs-textile device.Then AuNWs-textile is assembled with a copper-thread embroidered interdigital electrode to fabricate a pressure sensor.This sensor is deployed on different positions of human body,such as finger and neck in order to follow the motion status.The results demonstrate the great potential of this AuNWs-textile sensor in real-time motion monitoring.
