摘要
定义电脑横机系统使用率、反面斜纹提花顺序编织与顺序调整编织的基本概念。在顺序编织与顺序调整编织条件下,给出反面斜纹提花效率优化方法,对单、双系统多色反面斜纹提花进行效率优化。结果显示:在顺序编织条件下,单系统2、3、4、5与6色反面斜纹提花系统使用率为66.7%、100.0%、80.0%、100.0%与85.7%,双系统2、3、4、5与6色反面斜纹提花系统使用率为100.0%、50.0%、66.7%、83.3%与100.0%;在顺序调整编织条件下,单系统2、4与6色反面斜纹提花系统使用率均为100.0%,双系统3、4色反面斜纹提花系统使用率为75.0%与100.0%,5色反面斜纹提花为83.3%,与顺序编织条件下效率优化相同。
According to the characteristics of jacquard knitting on computerized flat knitting machine,the concepts of system utilization,sequential knitting and sequential adjustment of reverse twill jacquard are defined.Under the condition of sequential and sequential adjustment knitting,it presents optimization methods of the efficiency of reverse twill jacquard and optimizes efficiency of reverse twill jacquard of various colors in single and double system.The results show that under the condition of sequential knitting and single system,the system utilization rate of 2,3,4,5 and 6-color reverse twill jacquard is 66.7%,100.0%,80.0%,100.0%and 85.7%,and for the dual system,the system utilization rate of 2,3,4,5 and 6-color reverse twill jacquard is 100.0%,50.0%,66.7%,83.3%and 100.0%,respectively.Under the condition of sequential adjustment knitting and single system,the system utilization rate of 2,4 and 6-color general jacquard is 100.0%,and for the dual system,the system utilization rate of 3 and 4-color reverse twill jacquard is 75.0%and 100.0%.The 5-color reverse twill jacquard is 83.3%,which is the same as the efficiency optimization of sequential knitting.
