摘要
为使聚氨酯形状记忆纤维(SMF)与棉针织物经染整后保持良好的形状记忆性能,文中从预定形、煮漂除氧、抛光染色一浴法、烘干、定形等方面阐述了染整加工中的关键技术问题,指出采用生物抛光酶减量工艺去除织物表面毛羽、适当降低预定形和成品定形的温度、在煮漂工序中采用纯碱与较低浓度的双氧水进行处理、采用喷射溢流绳状染色从而降低SMF的拉伸,并对染整加工后的织物进行性能测试。结果表明,织物具有优良的形状记忆性能,且染色牢度和抛光效果均达较好水平。
In order to maintain good shape memory performance of polyurethane shape memory fiber/cotton knitted fabric after dyeing and finishing,the bio-polishing with enzyme are used instead of singeing to remove the hairiness on the surface of fabric.In addition,the temperatures in pre-heat setting and also the fabric heat setting are lowered down properly.Moreover,the soda ash and the hydrogen peroxide of lower concentration are used in the fabric scouring and bleaching process.The jet overflow dyeing is used so as to reduce the elongation of SMF.The results show that the fabric has good shape memory performance with good color fastness and bio-polishing effect.
