摘要
以研发苎麻功能性复合针织产品为目标,将苎麻混纺纱与功能性化纤长丝在针织大圆机上进行织造工艺改进。将28.00 tex苎麻、棉混纺纱(55∶45)与具有良好弹性的8.33 tex/32 f(75 D/32 f)生物索弹丝(黑色丝)、7.78 tex/48 f(70 D/48 f)麦卡云母锦纶冰凉长丝FDY、7.78 tex/48 f温多丝远红外发热涤纶长丝DTY分别进行复合开发,采用针织的疋纱工艺,使面料外层突出麻的特性与风格,内层具有各长丝的多功能效果。该研究为开发丰富多彩的高功能性、高质量麻类针织产品提供参考,功能性化纤长丝苎麻产品具有良好的市场前景。
In order to develop ramie functional composite knitting product,ramie blended yarn and functional chemical fiber filament are knitted on knitting machine to improve the knitting process.Specifically,the 28.00 tex ramie and cotton blended yarn(55∶45)and 8.33 tex/32 f(75 D/32 f)biological cable stretch yarn(black silk)with good elasticity,7.78 tex/48 f(70 D/48 f)Macarmica polyamide cool filament FDY,7.78 tex/48 f Wentor far-infrared heat-generating polyester filament DTY are developed respectively.Using the difference between ramie cotton and polyester filament elastic elongation,using knitting yarn technology,the outer layer highlights the characteristics and style of linen,the inner layer has the multi-function effect of each filament.This study provides a reference for the development of colorful high functional and high quality hemp knitting products.Functional chemical fiber filament ramie products have a good market prospect.
