纬编单珠地网眼毛圈面料编织工艺设计

Knitting Process Design of Weft Knitted Single Tuck Plush Fabric

针对市面上经典的纬编毛圈结构往往要求专用机器编织、结构花型变化困难的问题,利用针织厂常见的机型,将衬垫组织、添纱衬垫组织与经典的单珠地网眼结合,设计开发3款大圆机单珠地网眼毛圈面料。详细介绍面料的编织工艺参数、织针三角排列图、线圈图和面料实物图等,并对纬编单珠地网眼毛圈面料的特点、设计原理进行阐述。毛圈结构与网眼结构的结合拓宽了普通大圆机的生产能力,丰富了纬编毛圈产品的多样性。

In order to solve the problem that the classical weft knitted plush fabric in the market often requires special machine to knit,and the pattern is difficult to change,this paper designs and develops three kinds of single tuck plush fabrics on the common large diameter circular knitting machine through combining the fleecy and invisible plating with single tuck plush fabric.In this paper,the knitting process parameters,cam arrangement,loop structure and fabric diagram are introduced in detail,and the characteristics and design principle of weft knitted single tuck plush fabric are described.The combination of loop structure and mesh structure broadens the production capacity of ordinary large circular machine and enriches the diversity of weft knitted plush products.
