通过对1万余份口罩的检测报告数据进行分析,统计了不合格项目的不合格率。不合格率按照不合格报告份数占报告总份数的百分比来统计,不合格率约为30.00%。对主要不合格项目,包括过滤效率、泄漏性、防护效果、密合性、口罩带断裂强力,进行了不合格原因的剖析,为企业口罩产品设计和改进提出了合理化建议。

The data of more than 10000 mask test reports are statistically analyzed.The product standards and the probability of nonconformity are listed.According to the percentage of unqualified reports in the total number of reports,the unqualified rate is about 30%.The causes of nonconformity are analyzed,including filter efficiency,inward leakage,protective effect,tightness,and breaking strength of mask belt,and some reasonable suggestions for the design and improvement of masks are put forward.
