碳纳米管发热保暖复合功能面料的开发

摘要 采用8.33 tex/72 f碳纳米管纤维与4.44 tex氨纶交织,在28针/25.4 mm双面纬编机上开发碳纳米管发热保暖复合功能面料,并对面料的吸光发热、抗菌性能、抗静电性能进行测试。结果表明,面料与对照样20 min温差达33.398℃;对于金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别﹥99%、﹥99%、>97%;洗前静电压932 V、静电半衰期0.8 s,经5次标准洗涤后静电压1555 V、静电半衰期14.7 s,具有优异的复合功能性,且各项基本性能符合国标要求。但目前存在的缺点为纤维本身为碳灰色,为染色色系的选择带来一定限制。 Using 8.33 tex/72 f carbon nanotube fiber interknitted with 4.44 tex spandex,the heat-absorbing and heat-retaining composite fabric is developed on a gauge 28 double-sided weft knitting machine.The light-absorbing,heat-absorbing,antibacterial and antistatic properties of the fabric are tested.The results show that the temperature difference between the fabric and the counterpart is 33.398℃for 20 minutes.The inhibitory rates of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans are larger than 99%,99%and 97%,respectively.The static voltage before washing is 932 V,the electrostatic half-life period is 0.8 s,the static voltage after washing is 1555 V,the electrostatic half-life period is 14.7 s,it has excellent compound function,and the basic properties meet the requirements of national standard.However,the shortcoming is that the fiber itself is carbon gray,which restricts the choice of dyeing color.
