摘要
设计一种罗布麻与棉混纺织物的染整生产工艺,并探讨染整加工后混纺针织物的色泽、手感、规格、色牢度,并进行抗菌性能、远红外性能测试。结果表明,加工后的混纺织物色泽均匀、手感光滑、规格稳定性及各项色牢度均符合国标服装用针织品要求;罗布麻与棉混纺面料对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌的抑菌率分别为>99.0%、99.0%和79.0%;远红外测试结果表明,罗布麻与棉混纺织物的远红外发射率为0.94,远红外辐射温升为2.3℃。
A dyeing and finishing production process of apocynum venetum/cotton blended fabric is designed.The processed blended fabric has uniform color and smooth hand,whose specification and color stability can meet the national standard requirements.Antibacterial test results show that the inhibition rates of the apocynum venetum/cotton blended fabric against Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans are larger than 99.0%,99.0%and 79.0%,respectively.The far-infrared test results show that the far-infrared emission ratio of the apocyne/cotton blended fabric is 0.94,and the far-infrared radiation temperature rise is 2.3℃.
